Recover checkout sync and manage pull requests

Improvements

  • Agents can reconcile conflict-free checkout histories while preserving peer changes, list and edit pull requests, and inspect occupied development ports.

  • New runner sessions use the acting person’s connected GitHub identity for commits and credit Lobby as co-author. Revoked connections stop new commits.

Fixes

  • Inactive chats show no workspace bars in the sidebar or Library. Working agents keep the animated six-dot indicator.
