Recover shared workspace startup with fresh admission

Improvements

  • Agents have instructions for directing you to the private environment-secret form and configuring a service after you save its credentials.

Fixes

  • A queued chat with expired access no longer blocks a newly authorized chat from starting its shared workspace. Saved files and each chat's access checks remain protected.

  • Stalled progress saves now time out. Failed sessions stop appearing active after reconnect, preserve saved messages, and resume only after the previous agent has stopped.

  • Delayed idle and resume checks can no longer reopen shared workspace activity after shutdown fails. Shutdown remains available for retry.

  • PR results expose merge evidence and direct agents to reconcile linked tasks against acceptance checks. Task guidance distinguishes blocked implementation from review and requires explicit completion without bypassing merge or deployment approvals.

Wait for Claude to initialize before starting work

Fixes

  • Claude sessions now finish initialization before receiving your request. Failed or stalled initialization stops the session cleanly instead of leaving a partially started agent.

Align chat-history status and search corners

Fixes

  • Chat history places task-status icons before timestamps. Library, chat, project, worktree, Linear and Inbox search surfaces use consistent corners matching other inputs.

Keep agents running through brief authorization outages

Improvements

  • Workspace names and change counts share a compact row, with project and branch details below and agent actions alongside. Dot separators have been removed from the overview.

  • Workspace rows show the name, branch and change status with room between rows. Redundant metadata and empty pull request sections are hidden. Select a workspace to open details.

  • Agents can start independent Lobby chats through the CLI within their existing authority. This repository can reuse prepared dependencies during workspace recovery, with bounded transfers and normal setup as a fallback.

Fixes

  • Agents retry temporary authorization timeouts while their existing access remains valid. Revoked access and expired leases still stop the agent.

  • Attachment and send controls align with the text row in both new-agent and conversation inputs, keeping their bottom-line alignment as drafts grow.

  • Source-control watchers skip dependency and build folders before registering filesystem watches, reducing work on the runner during package installation. Git metadata and source edits still update live.

Resume shared chats after repeated workspace migration

Fixes

  • Shared chats can restore a published intermediate checkpoint when its recorded repository generation is verified, preserving saved files and access checks.
